Thats terrible. But the ultimate issue is that womens ball isnt a profitable sport for most schools. For most schools mens ball and football are the ones that make the money they use to fund the other sports including womens ball. It will never be equal until people start watching a ton more womens ball

We got athletic departments covering up rapes and domestic violence, a complaint about lack of weights and exercise equipment wouldn't even push these programs to pick up a phone.
