I don't believe in any sort of after life, thus, I think he would suffer more doing life in prison. But if they do go with the death penalty, than fine, I can live with that outcome.

Not the same thing at all. Those people didn't commit a crime they wre innocent, he is not. I'm sure people feel others should die all the time but unless they are putting yourlife in danger that's not your choice. Not the same thing as a man murdering innocent people and having to face justice.

Most human beings don't want to die. It is our instinct to live. Even if that means they get to sit in jail forever they are stilll alive. He took away people's choice and natural right and now his is being taken away.

It's not a cycle. His family isn't going to avenge him or anything.

We live by, you break the law you will be punished. That's why there are laws you don't get to break the law and be forgiven and still keep you your life wether it's incarceration or death penalty. He knew that full well and proceeded so let him pay the price.

It's not worse than death if the person wants to live and I believe he wants to. He should get the worst for the crimes he commited. If you don't believe in the death penalty that's fine.

I was saying that people's first instincts are always to kill or harm even though they are wrong, which in this case the cops were wrong to shoot him just because he had a "gun"
