I’m a contractor, working in the program management office of one of the largest govt agencies (that El*n has a direct interest in). I feel like I’m very exposed to layoffs. I’ve only been in this position six months, but I feel like I need to update the resume and start job hunting again.

I just saw that 80% of fed workers are from outside of metro DC and DMV area.
So those Black people possibly losing employment will be spread around the country.

Remember when it was said that Project 2025 would destroy what's left of the black middle class? The federal government employs a large amount of black people. Their desire to dismantle the federal govt is not by accident.

this is one area where he will fail due to Bureaucratic resistance and strong unions.

The primary reason this republicans and conservatives hate government agencies and so called bureaucrats is because they employ a lot of black people and it is how black people get to move into the middle class and get ahead in society, they have already dismantled affirmative action which has led to less black people getting into colleges and universities, now they want to ensure those who are college graduates and are eligible never have the chance to get employed as well.
They want black people back to the 50s and 60s where they were working the counter, bus drivers, menial jobs and never could challenge them credibly on serious issue, their dream society is one where a white man calls all the shots and still refers to black men as boys.
