Man, if I wasn't such a mark for zombie stuff I wouldn't be watching this show anymore but I continually hope that things will miraculously get better from episode to episode even when I know that it won't.
And I don't even think it is a situation of the show being poorly directed or anything and the writing is no worse than the shyt we get on the OG TWD. This shows problem lies in the characters. They are overwhelmingly awful and as a result I get annoyed by everything they do in ways that I don't get annoyed when the characters on TWD behave in similarly stupid ways.
