I’m not in the market for a car (just paid mine off). But car prices have gotten ridiculous over the past 10 years.

Good luck finding anything new under $20k unless it’s a small, base-level, micro-compact car.

Outside of LA, I’ve always lived in cities with great public transportation. Even though these price adjustments were a long time coming, I’m not dumping money into a depreciating asset like a whip unless it’s electric at this point.
