By removing an item from the market one of two things can happen...

A person will move towards another brand and flavor of cigarettes OR...

They'll give up cigarettes altogether since their favorite kind is no longer being sold.

The goal isn't to stop everybody from smoking cigarettes but to prevent more potential cases of lung cancer/disease (among other health complications) and if other ppl gotta suffer losing things they love to save others/strangers then that's what you have to do.
