breh I already told you the reason menthol was exempted the first time was over how it disproportionally affected black folks . But this is about making it less enticing to kids and teens. The theory being people who wouldn't otherwise tolerate regular cigarettes find menthol (and other flavors) palatable. There's no conspiracy. If this can consequently save black lives and relieve the burden smokers place on the healthcare system what is the problem?
