Feds don’t do no bullshyt charges. when they get you, it’s a wrap..
Nah, the Feds DO Do BS charges, but they hit you with so many of them that if it ever went to trial, a jury will say “Well, he may not be guilty of this main one or may not be guilty of all of these, but he’s gotta be guilty of SOMETHING.” That pretty much forces your hand to take whatever plea they offer.

I've been in two jails where the housed Federal and state inmates in the same blocks, Charlotte (Mecklenburg) and Albany, NY (ACCF). Most other jails I been to keep fed and state inmates in separate units...

So just from my experiences in being around all these federal cases, and my own threat of being federally charged, nah I dont think they come with bullshyt charges often. Both feds and state want to win, but The Feds have a serious onus on winning every case. If they are charging you, its because they believe they can prove it...

Its the state that hits you with shot hoping you'll cop to anything...

Whole reason I wasn't charged is because they could not prove my relation to crimes in Georgia. CMPD (local Charlotte police) was begging the local FBI office to take me from them, and if they had jurisdiction, they'd have charged me in Georgia too and just worried about the rest later...

Can't speak for every situation but if we're throwing so called "BS" charges at someone it's probably the right foot waiting for the left foot to drop.
