You're probably right since all those things in one way or another destroy the earth. Or that doesnt matter?
so don't go anywhere if you cant walk or bike there since ideals are of such importance to you

:mjlol: Try harder at being funny breh.

And the things you're comparing to travel in outer space? :snoop:
your argument was that high level of difficulty means we're not meant to do it. a walled in man-made domicile is relatively new in its ubiquity. why is that?

You didnt answer. Does it matter to you that those things destroy the earth?

Theres more to it than that. But instead of figuring that out you come in and try to be funny :scusthov:

A one way trip to Mars isn't equivalent to crossing the road, regardless of the facile post above me (well below your standards, Dafunkdoc.) A one-way trip to mars is a literal suicide mission, the only question is how long you're going to survive before croaking. Should people send you on it in good faith? Should you go on it if you have kids? There are a ton of questions such a mission involves.

When Muslims began sailing and expanding their empires should they have just said 'no' because who knows whats out there/it could mean death? I mean this is the thought process of the time when Columbus wanted to find the Indies.

I dont believe any human (muslim or not) belongs in the heavens. Maybe one day after life, we will be free to roam the universe but for now, NOPE. :camby:

Professor Farooq Hamada, who presided over the committee, explained, "Protecting life against all possible dangers and keeping it safe is an issue agreed upon by all religions and is clearly stipulated in verse 4/29 of the Holy Quran: Do not kill yourselves or one another. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful."

Please escuse my ignorance but wouldnt the bolded forbid muslims from killing people?
