Biggie called people to team up with to take Pac down, so how is it out of the realm of possibility that he called the only neutral group available. All of this is documented for nearly 30 years regardless whether Joe lied or not, its not out of the realm of possibility.
It sounds more crazy that he contacted Nas to collab against Pac, after saying he was going to kidnap and put a gun to his 3 year old daughter Desinty, and that actually happened. So I dont see how asking Fat Joe and Terror Squad to have his back is some wild theory. It would have been a smart move just to see where their head was at regardless if any songs actually got done.

I agree Joe may have been lying but the facts point more towards biggie at least reaching out
