NY
BX = gentrification proof :king:

:russ:
Give it 2-3 years, and you'll notice it. I saw some new condos by Staples near the 2 train. :ohhh:

Pretty soon, MOST of New York will be unlivable to folks making less than 70,000, unless you own property. :noah:

So unless you own property, start looking for spots in the suburbs/down south, because you'll prob be flushed out(projects included, because they turning those into private housing).

The Chi is number 3??? My city :wow:

nikka we need to start copping that real estate when the white % is still in the 30s

but in some of those places i feel like there are no more upper middle class whites left

I guess everyone is just gonna skip over this post like this aint what nikkas should be doing. My folks had planned on moving to Tampa a few years ago and copped some land.

They changed their mind and came up on some nice change from the state :youngsabo:

Norfeast groovin…
DC gentrified like a muthafukka.....they inch further up Georgia Ave every year.

It's heartbreaking, Uptown turning into a yuppie paradise. My folks off Jefferson gotta move now, last time I was there I seen cacs walkin they dogs by some thug nikkaz. I don't give a damn, I'ma get a spot in Southside to keep it black at least, if it gets gentrified then I'll live in a good neighborhood with sur du tables and yoga studios. :noah:

:rudy: Those are not "condos" that's just souped up public housing
Which will ultimately be a failure imo.

BX has the least gentrification because the politicians there won't let developers build on the waterfront properties and shyt. I hate what NYC has become, a yuppie paradise. At least chinatown in manhattan is still pretty much the same as it was 20 years ago, a stinky shythole with fish markets and 99% chinese owned business.
