Calm down I was agreeing with you. My point was whoever wrote this shyt went by zip codes which can be very misleading. A lot of towns rezone and make new zip codes all the time, sometimes to split up the rich from the poor or whatever. So this study is goofy as hell. They should be looking city wide.
