As an established ALC connoisseur, i have to say that this was unexpected, but pretty good.
Po For President and Amen are my shyt
But, even though this might sound like ALC blasphemy,
What's up with that last track?
For serious its the softest track from Alchemist i ever heard.
He shouldn't make shyt like that, and i know that he's on that "No Drums" wave, which i enjoy, but this sounds like some Neo-Acoustic country shyt.
I love ALC but that last track puzzles me.....

This and Upstairs by Rakaa from Dilated are without a doubt the two softest sounding things he's made IMO. I don't even hate the song anymore. I did at first. But it just sounds weird I guess. Especially after stuff like Po For President.

As a while it's growing on me. At first I pretty much only like Po For President and Amen. As an ALC fan I'm just torn. I appreciate the fact that he's doing different shyt and not just doing Mobb/LOX sounding shyt like Po For President but that's my favorite style of his. Then that Covert Coup smoked out/smooth Amen type shyt. Some of the loops with no drums just kill me sometimes.
Like there's not really any bad songs on this. It's just weird to listen to Never Waiting In Vein and not wish it sounded like something harder, which is IMO what Fash sounds best on, regardless of who the producer is.

yeah i havent had a chance to listen to that song properly but the little bit i just checked didn't sound good. i think maybe he went for some left shyt but it didn't work out this time.
