This is true that's why gentrification is happening in alot of "urban" areas. People passed down the homes and other factors lead to people not taking care of the home like they would if they were buying the homes themselves. I see it all the time and like,you said this is regardless of race.

@Master Teacher we didn't agree before but in regards to the credit stuff from what I've saw from friends/family friend of a friend all the stuff you've said is true regarding loans. My brother got a loan and it helped him start his real estate business by getting his first house to flip back in the day
