Man gentrified where, I was in city island this summer and it still look like shyt out there bro. They put a few buildings but no one wants to live there.

I'll take you word for it G but every time I ask someone if they would move there they say hell no. You got to be desperate to move there so I think it will be hard to gentrify there no matter how many building developments they try.

No the Bronx on the way there looked like shyt. Even City Island itself is kinda run down, with old houses and shyt. I like the view there and the food though, only reason I'd go to the Bronx.
