2nd...most people will probably just buy promethazine in pill form and hydro codeine in pill form, you just want have your "sizzurp" that you can drink.

Lastly...same thing happened when oxycotin made it so you could no longer sniff the pill, people will just start doing something different ie; roxycotin.
