It might not make a difference who owns Fallout. Zenimax is not much different from EA or Activision. They obviously wanted Fallout 76 to be a success like GTA Online. Except they fukked up by charging it as a $60 standalone game instead of adding an online mode to Fallout 4 from the start.

Plus with the shytty engine Bethesda is continuing to use the same problems will be in all of their future games.
Bethesda is alot different than EA or Activision, you want an rpg game or a game specifically designed to milk you for every last dollar through microtransactions, or maybe you'd like fallout to become a cellphone pay to play experience.

They wanted it to be the fallout version of elder scrolls online. shyt plays like a shytty mmo.

Even if they let a third party develop the next game it would still use the same shytty engine like NV.

It seems like that was the idea for Fallout 76. :manny:

Especially with the lack of content. They can add most of it back but charge the gamer for it.

Do yall nikkas realize how much the fallout franchise is worth?
:gucci:

The last game made 750 million in one day, it made more than the last three call of duty games. Only a few companies in the gaming industry would be able to afford to buy that shyt and they are companies you wouldn't even want to own it in the first place.

Maybe EA or Activision could afford it, but is that really what you want?
:usure:

Never mind the fact that the chances of Bethesda ever selling the shyt is slim to none. Thats like expecting Activision to sell call of duty or rock star selling GTA.

The idea was elder scrolls online but with fallout.

Yeah but did ESO even do well? I vaguely remember fans blasting Bethesda for that one too.

I guess if at first you don't succeed, try half-assed next time.

I wasn't interested in it but I remember people not liking it.
