I only need a few components to upgrade my pc, but I've been reading that most mods created for the game will be available on console

I was planning on getting a ps4 eventually anyway, so now I'm torn. How many of you brehs were going PC just for the mods?

EDIT: On second thought, I'm just not completely buying this mod talk for consoles. There are too many barriers for the process of getting mods for consoles to be as smooth as mods on PC

I think mods are only for the X1 version. I can't imagine them being anywhere near as good as the PC ones.
