I agree with you 100% and can we stop comparing this game to 3 and new vegas, I think that new car smell of this series has just worn off.. Its technically better in everyway but people are just used to it so its not as impressive anymore, fallout 3 was one of if not the first of its kind on a console fallout 4 is like 190 shyts its like the 5th one this year alone.. These guys have probably played too many wrpgs and are burnt out on them..

and no disrespect but @Ciggavelli how did you play 75hrs of something you were so disappointed in? You have accomplished way more of this game than me and I love it and play every chance I get..
I was disappointed, but it was still a solid 8/10 game. I play 8/10 games. I was just expecting it to be a 10/10 game. :yeshrug: It's kinda like how @Fatboi1 was disappointed in MGSV, but still enjoyed the game.

I found parts of the game enjoyable and skipped the bullshyt. If this was fallout 3, nv, oblivion or skyrim, there would be less bullshyt and I'd probably be 150 hours deep in it.

You can be disappointed in a game and still like it. :manny:

Better side quests. Better exploring. More interesting everything. NV had 3 or 4 separate, distinct story lines. shyt was great. I think I put over 200 hours in it.

Fallout 4 is more of a shooter than an RPG too. They kinda stripped down the RPG elements.

Maybe I'm tired of the IP, I dunno. I just know this was my most anticipated game of the year and it fell short in my opinion. :yeshrug:

again I respect your opinion cause I feel the exact same way about witcher 3, I really wanted to like it but the gameplay or side quests really bored me.. maybe this summer I will give it another shot cause MGSV is next for me..... And to me these side quests are the most fun I have had doing side quests in any other game, like

the one where you find the boy in the fridge and he asks you to take him home, half way there some dude was like how much to sell the boy? I got like 400 caps for him. That was funny and different to me..
or the time you run up on the gunners holding this dude hostage and you have to determine whether to help him or let him die, then that spins off into other missions and a new settlement.. where as most games its just fetch quests

I didn't get that offer from the boy in the fridge side quest :jbhmm: I just took him home to his parents and killed a lot of raiders defending them. Weird.

Just started playing this. Got myself to level 7 and started to head to diamond city. Put in hours on 3 and NV so started feeling myself and went off the main roads. Quickly and ruthlessly had it explained to me just what kinda fukkboi I am. Spent an hour dying over and over just trying to get back up north to a main road. :sadcam:

random legendary drop from like a fukking molerat in the glowing sea. I'm lowkey envious :francis:

Lmao, really early on I found this sick 10mm Pistol off a Legendary Radroach in Concord. Made the next 50 hrs of gameplay very easy, even on Survivor lol.

Besides the repetitive quest from the Railroad, clearing areas, and working on settlements is this it? I know collecting rare items is something I could start doing.
