Found a "lucky guass rifle" with same perks as righteous authority.
Critical hits do double damage and the meter fills 15% faster.
word of advice tho, don't put power armor frames on that truck outside hangmans alley. I did on my newer character and when I fast traveled back later it glitched and moved the whole car in front of the entrance and now I cant move it

some of these legendary weapons are trash, i got a modded assualt rifle doing 120 damange and the legendary is maxed out doing 98
Modded Assault rifles be putting in work, my favorite go-to gun...
Only question i have is why do they look like giant cylinder tubes instead of Ak47's and M16's????
