Yeah if you max out the rifleman perk and all the gun mod perks...put a recon scope on it and max out it's damage...it is one of the most singlelarly powerful weapons in the game since it shoots an extra bullet at no cost doubling it's damage output...
Only other weapon I have found that is shot for shot more powerful than it is the cryolater...outside of a fat man or quard missle launcher...but i think that everything has an extreme weakness to the cryo ammo it uses...
Just nothing but frozen body parts falling from a thousand feet when i gave the BOS that work

I dont like "Father" lies and tries to play innocent when you first meet him. Want to know who fukked up the Institute is, visit University Point. That shyt had me burning. Couldn't complete a mission cause I didn't want Father to be pissed off with me. He has all his bullshyt robots all up in the place and the task is to kill all the robots.
