Overseer's Guardian is so beasty Its a combat rifle that shoots two projectiles per shot but only uses one round. borderline OP with the right mods and combat perks . I love the weapon crafting in this, I maxed my science and modded righteous authority into a versatile sniper pistol with the reflex scope that SLAYS in vats & off the hip. Working on my guass rifle next bout to max out that gun nuts perk on my next level up

Just saw that today (and was at a fully functioning vault). Will be saving up to cop that one, and just throw all my combat rifle mods onto it

Once you have Blacksmith, Science and Armoror maxed you can be pretty OP at any level
