If they are pushing for scale and content I'll be ok with below average graphics. Fallout 3 was below average graphically but the atmosphere, quests, meta games and factions/characters/plots/decisions more than made up for it.
I'm cool with it but why didn't the dozen Witcher 3 threads that were made get merged into the one that was stickied?
This original thread was made in 2013 and was a rumors thread with no official news at all. It was essentially a Fallout 4 wish list.

The graphics are weak, they seem a little cell shaded ish. Like the game is not even next gen in look..but that does not mean it wont be great. The attention might be in the details than overall look.. Don't need the game to be a graphical powerhouse but I definitely want to feel like its something we could not have gotten last gen in look.

After rewatching the trailer this makes some sense. It looks like the dog is coming back to the house to try and find his family. If it is right after the bombs drop, we probably won't be dealing with anything close to organized government like NCR or Enclave. It's going to be a free for all with different groups trying to survive.
Looking at that power armor in the garage, I bet you can found the brotherhood of steel or some shyt.
