Another question about workbench items.

When you're scraping/storing items for a new settlement, are the items stored available in other settlements? Do you need a line to connect the new one before items show up globally? Or are stored items for use at the workbench only at the settlement you "store" them in? What exactly are you guys doing...are you storing some items and scraping the rest? Or scrap everything lying around?

I wasn't powerful enough.
This is how it went:

I cleared the raiders out and their leader. All these fukks had red skulls on the side of their health bars. Luckily these enemies are dumb as fukk when I'm in stealth mode so I pick them off tactically. So after I kill the leader I read the the last terminal notes.. That shyt was creepy. Okay.....so I run into two ghouls trying to play possum and shyt...Boom....I off they ass. I keep strolling through and reach this door and when I go up to it the word (Activate) pops up... I think nothing of it and I do.
So the screen flashes and there's a flashback of the construction workers that were working in the mine. I'm like . This game bringing me back to F3. So as I'm walking down the hallway in a dream state the looking at these workers, the screen flashes again and the lights go out in the tunnel. I'm like okay, they're fukking with me now..... I'm still thinking I'm in the dream or some shyt then these fukking Ghouls start pouring out of everywhere. It was too late to unload before I realized that it wasn't a dream anymore. I got swarmed....

start a supply line, you have to walk up to a settler in workshop mode and they can't already be assigned. you'll see the option to send them somewhere. whatever settlements you connect will have shared inventory

I hope DLC comes with some reaaallly big workshop spaces cause these arent cutting it. I like the urban ones like Hangmans Alley and JP but they're too small... My settlers in JP have a poppin lil town and hood ass apartments cause I dont have room for more buildings lol... JP video coming once it finishes uploading
