the 10mm ammo is pretty rare in the beginning. kind of ironic since that's the first pistol you getIs ammo more scarce in Survivor difficulty because I'm constantly low on ammo and find myself having to use other calibers than my main 10mm?
And I come in here and see some cat with near 7000 bullets for their .45 and I'm like
they tease you with a lot of that stuff in the beginning: "here's a pre-war 10mm pistol, power armor, and a mini-gun"

Man, I try to hoard everything right at the start. I try to get critical hits to cripple limbs immediately and pick up the dropped weapons with as much ammo as I can.the 10mm ammo is pretty rare in the beginning. kind of ironic since that's the first pistol you get

Cripple limbs and melee is my whole game at the start. So the second half of the game I can straight load clips into anything that moves with no remorse. Even when Raiders start running away from me I'm like too late

Depends on what mission you do first...no matter what you do you should at least go to diamond city when it becomes available just for the shops, armor, weapons, ammo, etc you can open up...
I started doing the minutemen missions with Garvey as soon as i could but that shyt was a REAL slow grind since damn near everything is liberate this settlement and kill these raiders...ended up with over 100 pipe pistols and rifles when it was over and damn near nothing else...

Matter fact the first quest I did that I really fought an enemy with some real loot was the raider mission in the store outside of diamond city...
Ended up snatching up one of the Diamond city guards for his armor but that between me you and cold blooded codsworth

I think ammo is more scarce in survivor, I'm level 27 and never have I had over 300 bullets in any one gun, I'm constantly having to switch
Granted, I spend my caps on settlement shops rather than ammo
edit: whoever asked about the shops you get your caps by going to transfer at a workbench and going to misc, and taking whatever caps are there
This game is gonna be the death of me. I just spent over an hour trying to build a house. I needed everything to line up straight on the base floor. The "snap" function for the walls was getting me a little irritated. I must have dismantled over 10 house that werent finished.I finally said fukk it "Ill just use those metal containers. Theres plenty of time for me to learn to how to build a proper house.
So I have a phobia of roaches and as soon as I start this game up before I exit to the surface the first thing I got to deal with is Giant Flying Roaches! 
I had to double take then sit there.like contemplating another way out.
Took me a minute to walk through that door. This game got me in my feelings and I ain't even start playing it worth shyt. I hate roaches

I think there just might be TOO MUCH to do in this game. I have too many settlements to manage. None of them look like how I want them to be and its hard to get enought steel and wood to build what I want.
