Diamond City, lower level bar. Idk if you needa have some prerequisite for the quest to get triggered though, didn't happen first time I went in.
im just fukking around, it looks pretty good. im still messing with the basics and have a lot of trouble with using stairs and shytshyt is hard as fukk

Speaking of Pip Boys, has anyone gotten the app to work? I keep getting connection error
Hardest shyt is if you bother doing inside walls,, like the side panels in the house... For me they don't wanna fit nice against each other... Almost no object snap together lol in the E3 everything did,, takes me a good 3 minutes just to place two pieces of fense nice and close
Did that till level 12 then felt guilty cause my son /:
it's in "view mode" when your game is paused (and it pauses when you use the in-game pip-boy). when the game isn't pause, you can use the app to change weapons, use items, fast-travel, etc
