In the stream I posted earlier, the guy playing walked around to find out how big the first settlement area is and its HUGE. He also is in a quest which will lead him to a new settlement. Also the gas station is another settlement. This game is crazy.

Takes 10 minutes to walk across the world

Sure if you walk in a straight line and ignore everything around you. The amount of walking time across of the screen doesn't equal the amount of things you can do in that area.

Why do people think games should take hours to walk? As long as it has hours of gameplay, I am not concerned.

Also was the person walking, running, or sprinting? This will change the time it takes to go across
