Since they are not only indigenous to Northeast Africa, but the oldest population there and on the Nile compared to any other group including Cushytic speakers. This is what I meant when I said the Ancient Egyptians were "Northeast African." You think Northeast African only means Horners or Arabs, which is not true. Also there were most likely Niger-Congo speakers(who carry E1b1a) who migrated from the Sahara and into the Nile Valley. Which is why the studies show some of the mummies clustering with Niger-Congo speakers and AAs. Not that the Ancient Egyptians were FROM South or West Africa, but that people related/ancestral to those two groups once lived further North.

The annoying fascination of trying to make Egypt west african and by extension African American is the most annoying fukking thing ever. Africans may be racially similar but are not a fukking monolith. British cacs dont try to make ancient greece or rome british, Saudi arabians dont make Iraq based mesopatamia Saudi Arabian, Venezuela doesnt make Mexican Aztecs venezuelan so why in the fukk do we try to make Egypt west african?
