As a supplemental platform to make extra income much like how YouTubers use Paetron and Twitch on the side? Sure.

But to completely abandon their base platform for Facebook? Not happening.

Both platforms can eat well in this market just like Netflix and Amazon are in streaming video.

Google+ was just a side project blown to epic proportions. Google is doing just fine without that shyt in our faces anymore.


FB, on the other hand, did say their future in 5 years is primarily video, they will spend billions making sure this is a success on the level of YouTube.

It'll flop, at least in the short term. YT took over a decade to get where it is, hard to replicate that overnight.

Watch is a terrible name.

I'm not replacing Youtube with Watch. I already got Netflix for shows and movies, already got Youtube for for creator content. I do want Watch to make numbers, but just enough to make youtube change they ways tho. At the most, people gonna use this like people been using facebook live, maybe even their second way making WorldStar videos, just on only on facebook.

Now everybody gonna have a platform to make a show.
