Can't speak for all car rental companies, but Enterprise-rent-a-car is one of the shadiest places I've ever worked at. It was my second job out of college and that place was a shyt hole. Where to begin... There was the usual managers fukking employees and employees fukking each other that you see in any retail environment. One of my managers used to fukk one of the female employees in his office damn near every night when we closed. Most of the girls working there were hoes. Didn't matter if they were married or in a relationship, if you put minimal work in you could get the draws. This one chick that's been married for like six years still texts me every once in a while asking me if I wanna beat.

Secondly, car rental companies and the automotive industry in general, are racist as fukk. We used to sell this shyt called damage waiver for if you got in an accident while in a rental. The thing is, if you have decent car insurance, your insurance company will pay for any damage you have while you're in a rental. Plus, you're not obligated to buy it in order to rent a car. Most of the managers in the rental industry are white and any time a black person or family walked in the store, they'd look at one of their black employees like :wtb:, get em.

If you was any kind of minority, it was open season. A lot of black renters had shytty insurance or they didn't understand that they didn't need to take out any additional coverage. Dudes used to trick old ladies into signing for the shyt (it's like $20 a day) when they didn't need it. If you was mexican and didn't speak english, there were people who would be like just sign here, here, and here without explaining what the person was signing for. People coming back to the office and their bill be like twice what they expected :sadbron:. Some times they'd get it back, but a lot of times they wouldn't.

Plus, when you rent a car, we over book. So the fact that you made a reservation don't mean we have a car waiting for you. We were sold out all the fukking time. People coming in like, "I got a reservation," and we'd tell em we were washing it or some shyt, but we were really scrambling on the computers to find a store that had a car. Some times we just had to tell em, "sorry we aint got it.":yeshrug:. If you left any kind of valuables in the rental, we was keeping that. We had cars that came smoked out, had guns in them, vomit, all kinds of shyt. We'd vacuum it out and run it thru a light car wash and turn around and rent it to a family with kids. There was a bunch more stuff, but I'd have to write an essay to talk about it all.

Later on I might write about what the banking industry is like. I worked as a personal banker for a little while. People were getting fukked there too.

nice to see another enlightened sista. it's unfortunate most black stylists are still on that hair burning marcel iron and heavy greasy products tip. when black women come to me the first time and see i don't use any of that ish at first they're like :usure:....but when i'm done with their hair and they see the bounce...shine and softness- non stiffness they're like :leon: :krs:.
i have so many women that are completely loyal to me now for showing them the light. come see me any time girl!!!

why are you showing me a video about relaxers? i'm completely natural and have converted most of my relaxer addicted black female clientle to natural hair as well.

im showin u a video explaining why black female clientele would be better off seekin hair advice from someone who actually understands black people.

im still :what: at u bringing up ultra sheen when discussin natural oils produced in black hair

You've read her posts. That clown has no respect for Black people and any opinion of Black people in her words needs to be taken with a grain of salt.

I don't know if Best Buy still does this but.......

We had to sell subscriptions to magazines (Entertainment Weekly, Sports Illustrated, wtc.) and subs. to Netflix/Gamefly for numbers for the store. We had to sell a certain amount every day. Well our store wasn't getting the numbers that we needed and our managers were getting bytched out by the GM. so they decided to make it competitve. Whoever got the most subscriptions during their shift was winning shyt. (Gift cards, a day off, free lunch, etc.) so people started doing dirty shyt to get the numbers for the freebies.

This is how the process works: You tell the person "Oh wow, you're in luck :gladbron: you get a free 2 month subscription for *whatever* (if it was a man I'd say SI, a woman EW, and if they were buying movies Netflix, buying games, GameFly)with your order today. I just need a credit card to sign you up :lolbron:" At this point, usually the smart people are like ":childplease: What's the catch? Does it renew automatically? Do I have to pay for it?" Then we're supposed to tell them they have to cancel before the 2 month period is over or else you get billed. Then the smart people are like "Nah, I'm good:pacspit:" The dumb people are like ":leon:Word? I get something free?:gladbron: here's my card!!:ahh:" So those were always easy. :lolbron:

So now here's the fukked up part......since we were having that competition, people were getting the subs. by any means necessary. Some people weren't even telling people that they were getting signed up for subs. They would just scan the subs. then ask for their card like if they were ringing them up. They would have them confirm it and sign it (since most people don't read what they signing anyway), and then act like something went wrong so that they could actually ring them up the right way. Now these people are fukked.....they gonna start getting these subscriptions in the mail and not know how they got it, that they're being billed and how to stop it :noah:

We had sooooo many people coming into the store about to shoot that shyt up once they got their first bill from whatever it was that was sold to them.

I never did that shyt tho. I wouldn't want that done to me, so I said fukk it if I win, I win. If not :manny: But I'm not gonna do nobody dirty. I'm just tryna get paid to pay for my school....fukk all this other shyt.

I know some banks do somethin similar, but with new bank accounts.

That shyt kills me. I fukked up and told one of my friends who was a teller that I might be opening up an account, and that's all he would ever talk to me about. It got so bad I had to excommunicate his ass :wtb:

I mean, after a while, everyone is gonna have a bank / Netflix account if they want one.

Da fukk do these greedy b*stards expect :stopitslime:

Depending on the airport he could have gotten your ass arrested and fined. But each airport is run by a different Federali appointee (basically) and operate it like a personal fiefdom. The SOP is used as a guideline and the FSD is free to tweak it as he sees fit for "operational" needs.

We do get paid well though.

Breh thats a downpayment on cancer treatments.....them radiation machines that John Hopkins and many have said are unsafe are daily saying :takedat:............:to: :sadbron: for workers and passengers....

Between college and the military, I was a telemarketer for AT&T. They employed something like 800 people in my hometown, and most of them were female. You could wear whatver the fukk you wanted to work, and most of us were fukking each other and getting high together after work. Especially the night shift that got off at 10PM. Anyway, if you got billed by AT&T and did not have them as your carrier, the number you called to reach billing would lead you to us. Our sole purpose was to try to get you to switch to AT&T before transferring you to billing. Switched a lot of old people to AT&T, even though AT&T had just screwed them on collect call charges, charges for porn, etc.

Any popcorn you get at a Carmike theater has probably been sitting in a plastic bag for a few days and was just thrown into a warmer. The only time you're gonna get fresh popcorn is if you come in on a very busy night, like the first showing of a popular movie like Avengers kinda night.

I used to work at the arcade inside of Astroworld (Six Flags). I had the keys to ALL of the video games and the change machines. whenever someone said that they put money into the machine and the game didn't start, id go over and open up the machine and start the game for them and rob a stack of dollars from the dollar machine. i wouldn't take it all. i would take about half. and I did this ALL DAY EVERYDAY. i'd even rob the change machine. there were no cameras in there at the time and I was the manager (i was only 17...:laff:), so i had the keys. at the end of the week, i would have like $900. my check was $83. i didn't even bother cashing the checks. i literally had all the checks from the summertime in a drawer in my room.... i made a KILLING that summer. Everyone was doing it too. all my friends worked there and we ALL :eat: real good. the year after i quit and went to college, they had cameras EVERYWHERE....:krs:
