the problem is that if these people dont pay the fines, they get warrants etc, and potentially increasing the chance that they go to jail over this.
it is a social issue, not a criminal issue, and they are going to do this policing of the body, what is to stop them from enacting other laws like this that incriminate people based on clothing (or lack thereof)

From a female's prospective, I think it looks stupid.
Now, me being me, I'm gonna look. I like a man with a nice ass. But anytime I see a guy sagging his pants, I always wonder why. Most women I know DON'T look at men's asses...
If pants were meant to hang off your ass clothing designers would alter them to do such a thing.

funny thing is designers do make jeans that purposely hang off your ass. Even levis has extra baggy low waist jeans they sell.. should those be outlawed? Ive seen some urban brands that had a boxer looking part even sewn into the jeans itself so it looks like your saging but your not.

I disagree about it looking nice but everyone has the right to an opinion on fashion. No law should be in place about what people choose to wear as long as they are covered up, no matter how stupid they look to the rest of us.

sagging doesn't come from homosexual activity. That's propaganda. It's apart of the urban fashion boom that happened in the 90s. Also people in jail sagged because they didn't get belts and they weren't always given the right size pants.

Exactly. I get tired of people trying to link EVERYTHING that some black men do to homosexuality. In some prisons in the 90s, there was a one-size fits all rule, so the uniform pants would sag off of some inmates.

I'm skinny as hell, and just about everything I wear sags off me, so I don't have a choice in the matter. And I get tired of people trying to come up to me and tell me some bullshyt about it being linked to gay prison culture.
