I never liked the iso 100. Almost threw up a few times messing with it.

Matter of fact, that's the reason why I quit f*cking with protein powders.

It's not really expensive either. I can easily cope that at the supplement shop for around $50. There's protein powders way more expensive than that.

$50 is actually around the average imo.

I'd mess with Super Whey over Iso 100 any day...

A lot of those cheap proteins were proven in a lab test not having the advertised protein amounts a few years ago. Isopure, ON checked out, a bunch of those wal-mart brands didn't. Dymatize didn't either but they sued or some shyt, so I give them the benefit of the doubt

If you don't mind spending money MONSTER MILK is the best. Take it 1 hour before your work out and immediately after.

I just switched to that as my only powder. I'm trying to cut back and get as much through food as possible. I take those before working out and if I need I'm going to be running around and can't sit down. Trying to keep them to weekdays only.

You'll notice your body will be more resilient to maintaining your muscle mass even when you go off your workout regiment
