They tend to put white people in these roles knowing full and well egyptians did NOT look white at all...

Welp they need to make money on the film which generally means using established stars. While you take time to think of all the Egyptian actors in Hollywood, I will say at another epic performance from Based Bale.

I fukks with "Gladiator", "Kingdom of Heaven", & "Robin Hood" all from Ridley Scott and it's starring Christian Bale da gawd, so I'm in regardless of the white-washing.

It's a Hollywood production what were you expecting?

Ridley hasn't made a good film since Black Hawk Down. However Bale "the gawd' is in it and it reminds of Gladiator. Day 1.

I still haven't seen "Black Hawk Down", but that definitely ain't his last good movie.

All jokes aside I just viewed IMDB of the cast for the movie and it looks like to me all the people of color except for one are a thief, servant, assassin (killer) or Egyptian civilian lower class. We’re always being depicted as second rated in films like these.

We live in some weird ass times so hes played jesus, bruce wayne, john connor and now moses? bale is a decent actor but I think his bout of emaciation has really fooled a lot of folks into believing hes the bees knees. I will just be thinking thats bale trying hard to be this deep actor when i see this

This, too lazy to look up whether he wrote the movies he directed in his prime but these days he just keeps misfiring with the projects he directs. "Kingdom of heaven" "good year" "body of lies" "robin hood" "promethus" "the counsellor". Other than the last flick which I havent seen all these movies range from average to bad..The true sign he was done was when he tried to gladiatorize robin hood and failed

I really cant recall what Bale has even been that good in besides the Machinist and that was due mainly b/c of his drastic weight loss. I mean he aint wack but people acting like he's on Leo's level or some shyt acting all giddy b/c he in this shyt and somehow gonna be its saving grace. He's an average actor IMO.
