With 2020 just around the corner Vince will be way to busy trying to get the XFL going so in makes sense that he is actually trying to fall back no way he will be able to do TV week in week out and the XFL.

So pretty much no more reports/story of Vince rewriting shows as the show is going to air if he isn’t at TV anymore or at the very least he will be a PPV only like with NXT takeover

Surprise Shane didn’t get one of the jobs since he had a lot of great ideas that Triple H pretty much took and just rebrand them differently

This screams of Fox but also wasn’t NBC getting upset at these poor ratings as we’ll at some point this was going to have to happen.

Both guys should really be reporting to Trips & Steph since there the one who are going to be at TV each week rather then Vince. They should only have to report to him unless it’s something extremely huge(/important they want to do

Shane still runs his company and Stephanie stepped away from creative to raise her daughters. Knowing what we know about Heyman and Bischoff they wouldn’t have taken this jobs if they were token positions. I want to know HHH real thoughts tho

I want to get hyped but the last time both guys had the book we got ECW 2006 and TNA 2010. Hopefully they've learned from their mistakes.
That bullshyt wasn't Paul's fault.

Vince wanted a watered down ECW, which Heyman was not cool with. But of course Vince is always gonna get his way, and Paul did his best to implement Vince's vision and of course it failed.

Heyman was the scapegoat for Vince's fukkup

I'm really shocked Paul's doing creative/executive work again. In fact, I totally thought this was a Kayfabe News article before I looked it up.

With that said, the last time he had a position like this he was done in 6 months due to Vince's meddling. Not to say he doesn't have good ideas anymore, but he's still going to be reporting to Vince in this role. And Bishoff's only ever had one idea (ripped off from 90s NJPW) in over 20 years. That's not to say that they couldn't do good things if they're left to their devices (Heyman's still brilliant creatively, and the one thing that improved in TNA under Bishoff was their production and presentation, and WWE needs all the help they can get on both fronts), but I'm in definite wait and see mode here.

This could go one of two ways but Im willing to bet Nothing Changes

And they both cant be on screen authority figures. Been there done that. If you let them cook behind the scenes though and actually let them do it, it should be fine.
