Stole Barbara from Grayson and knocked her up, Stole Lois from Clark and got engaged within 2 days, Hooked up with Wonder Woman, has on again / off again relations with Talia, and Selena. All while not trying or appearing to give a damn.

Bruce treat these hoes like Curt Hennig

I heard about that joker shyt. I wish I had the patience for comics, man. I have a couple of Vertigo comics but all the batman and dc shyt goes back so far I'd feel wrong for not reading it all. Except the dark knight. I tried that shyt and didn't like it.

That's not in the comics that's in the movie return of the joker. This is all off of animated series continuity

I'm confused now. I haven't seen Batman Beyond.

What I'm thinking of and read about was this

Joker-Kills-Robin.bmp

This was in a movie?

That's from the comics and that happened to Jason Todd. The robin situation we all are talking about happened to Tim drake in the movie return of the joker

I've been over here trippin for a minute cause I could swear jason todd got blown up, which I watched. I'm assuming he died differently in each case. Only part I was referring to is your part about the joker turning tim's brain into mush. Unless you were talking about him going crazy which after watching that I realize you might be. I see where I made my mistake now. Even though I kept reading the names I ended up replacing Jason with Tim.

Confused my own damn self. My bad.

I'm just gonna watch all the animated batman shyt this week to release myself of this headache.

Batman remarks at one point in the comics that because he works all of the time the only women he ever really gets to know are through his work. If you notice, he fukks with Zatana and Thalia who are around when he is in training, Selina when he is chasing her, Barbara and Diana (or Carrie Kelly) when he is working with them, and Vicki or Lois Lane when they are covering him for the news.

Sad really. But hey... he's out there slinging the dikk gotham deserves.

Real talk Batman REALLY dated Lois Lane????!!!?!? Man if I were Superman i'd beat the BREAKS off Bruce for breaking the Justice League brothers bond of not smashing the homies main squeeze:wow:

In the animated universe they flirted and went out once when he was in Metropolis but it was need anything major

Man, reading this thread makes me want to get into the comics, but it's too hard from an outsiders standpoint to dive in.

Is there like a site that tells you what to read and in what order to have it all make sense?

It depends on the book breh. What we're talking about now is strictly Batman Animated series continuity and it ties in with the comic. DC reset their universe a few years ago and Marvel did kinda the same thing within the past couple years as well so there really isn't that much for you to catch up on at this point. What characters are you interested in?

Batman. Batman. Batman.

I'm really into the DCAU (the movies in particular) and I don't mind going back into the archives and reading books/comics from the 80s/90s if I need to . The thing that gets me apprehensive about starting is the idea that I might start reading one series of Batman joints, get to another but some shyt happened in a Flash comic that affects what I'm reading next.

I hope that makes sense.

Yeah it does. Normally stuff like that is meant for crossovers. Batman is a good place to start right now. They just did the zero year arc which is the story of how batman started for this new iteration of DC comics.I'd read all of those if I were you and read the court of owls trade paperback. If you've got an iPad or an android device you can download the DC comics app or comixology and download everything and read it right there.
