Did they explain the exact circumstances of Bruce sleeping with Barbara? Theres gotta be more to the story because Bruce ain't just gonna do the homie dikk like THAT right?

dikk was starting to grow out of his sidekick phase, but Barbara was REALLY into being Batman's partner on the streets. She talked about that shyt being like ballet and shyt, loving being in tune with him while crackin nikkas' heads open left and right.

On the real, she just fell in love with her boss at her job, and dikk thought he was gonna start his own business in Bludhaven with her.

EDIT: With "Return of the Joker" being canon, what happened with Tim is what eventually made Bruce drive her away. Babs was just so much about Bruce and believed in him, he just indulged without really giving much of a fukk about her.

At this point, dikk moved away breh. This wasn't the thing that sparked their initial fallout, which was chronicled in the animated series. So while dikk was away doing his thing, they started dating. Then when Tim got brainwashed by the joker, that's when dikk came back feeling like if he was in Gotham he could've helped and it wouldn't have happened. Barbara and dikk decided to date again since she'd already broken up with Bruce at this point and given up on being Batgirl

But I think the worst thing about it was that Bruce had to be at least ten years older. I mean Barbara was probably mid-20s at most and Bruce was probably at least in his mid-to-late 30s.


Also kinda hard to imagine Batman of all people not using protection.
