I fully believe there's more that we're not meant to find out until we die, but the bible just has too much stuff that makes zero sense.
I think that is just us wanting to believe their is life after death and not accepting that death is the end for us.
We all fear death and that fear led us to create an afterlife. Just like not understanding the world around us led us to create Gods and religions

Pastor just wants to go back in the matrix.

Leave the scriptures and teaching to the true men of God. Pastor quoting did all of us a big favor. We need more of these unlearned teachers to do the same.

:yeshrug: I don't believe any of the over 4k religions on this planet. Maybe some Aliens will come correct with something I can get behind, but so far mankind has not impressed me with our religions. If there is a creator, I am of the opinion no human mind can correctly characterize and describe such a being. Maybe we will find out if any were true or none were true. Maybe we will know nothing at all, because the "the dead know not".

All in all, I prefer to focus on how to make life better for the humans around me, than to worry over which mythological being I must appease. Let the chips fall where they may, but I am not going to commit the Pascal's wager out of fear. That would not be true worship anyhow but just an attempt to hedge my bet on one particular belief system.

You think a virgin woman got pregnant :skip:

Almah (עַלְמָה‎ ‘almā, plural: עֲלָמוֹת‎ ‘ălāmōṯ), from a root implying the vigour of puberty, is a Hebrew word meaning a young woman sexually ripe for marriage.[1]Despite its importance to the account of the virgin birth of Jesus in the Gospel of Matthew, scholars agree that it refers to a woman of childbearing age but that it has nothing to do with whether she is a virgin or not.[2][3][1] It occurs nine times in the Hebrew Bible.[4]

This is the problem. Yall reading books that was made hundreds of years ago and read ONE word and try to make it relate to the meaning of today. The scriptures used the word virgin after translation, the original word was ALMAH, which means a you women (probably 20-24 years old). Some kind of way you idiots turned the story into a ghost raping Mary and Creating a half ghost, half human person name Jesus. Christians are stupid and never take time out to learn shyt. And then when somebody tries to show them the truth, they look at you like you the stupid one :dahell:
