It doesn't even give a source it just says that Stewarts in Scotland were black and they were able to rule France Spain England and Ireland because all the people were black

Instead of hopping from dikk to dikk, you should have actually watched the video. The guy you quoted and jumped out a window got lied. The video starts off with the source, shows the cover of the book, the author, the preface and etc. I also posted a link to the book so you can read it for free online.
