I liked this a lot more than I expected to. My favorite album of the year so far, and even if that changes, I imagine it'll stay in my top 10.

Everybody has already posted dope songs of his in response, but this was the first time I heard him, when he was on a Stones Throw project in 2010.
Wanted to sit with this one for a whole before posting my thoughts because.... I want to love this more than I actually do....IF you know what I mean 
I think it's an impressive and dope ass record, a worthy finish to his weatherman trilogy. And it's obvious he puts in work and thought.
Some of the songs are just a bit bland to me, and unfortunately they're spread out too. When I saw there was a track with Defari I was
, when I listened to this album for the first time I didn't even realize I'd passed the song it was so bland. I looked at the tracklist like "the fukk? I must've skipped that by accident" but when I heard it I was like..."Oh yeah I did hear this ".
BUT when he hits he hits hard, the sequence of Raindrops into Sell me This Pen into Love is a Funny Thing being a perfect example, I'm stuck on those three shyts
