great album front to back. might be his best..or just most consistent at least..

i cant say i always make it to the end tho...sometimes i get to Sell My This Pen and i get so hype i gotta restart the whole album again.
He just dropped this and it sort of explains the consistency and sequencing choices

After watching this, I think you may have called it about this being his last weather themed album and will probably go a different direction next time around
FWIW I didn't guess it. He had a post about it recently. That he wanted to switch it up and try something different.

Also the homie @ViewsFromTheBricks broke down a few lines that make it seem like he's done with that and wants to do something new.

I know before he's said that he's thought it would be selfish to produce a whole album for himself out of ego because he's got such dope producers willing to supply him with beats, but the post the other day was him saying he thinks he should finally give it a shot. And if it fails and sucks then that's what it is...but that producing his own project with a new theme is probably the next move.

I've given this album a few listens and I'm fukking with it pretty heavy. It doesn't seem as consistent in terms of sequencing and sound as his first 2 but there are some big highs here.

He seems even more introspective than usual on this album too, you can tell he's being going through some shyt and that being a Dad and having a sick Wife has made him reassess a few things.

I think "Throw It All Away" and "Jim Dean" are still the highs of the album but "By My Side Too" is a hell of a song, if only it had another verse. "Love Is A Funny Thing", "Bad Publicity", "Rain Drops" and "Runners" have been getting a lot of burn too.

Great fukking album and a fitting way to close off this chapter of his career.

I think Ev may have cemented himself in my top 10 with this one.
