Once.
Meanwhile, the Heat got worked twice in the finals, damn near lost to Boston and Indiana, and barely beat San Antonio in seven games the first time.
So, I repeat again, it's not the same because the Heat needed to stack the deck to even have a chance of winning titles. Even with 2 superstars and a star, they were damn close to being 1-3 in The Finals even though if they lose to the Spurs the first time, San Antonio wouldn't have had the drive to demolish them in 2014.
On the other hand, and if you really think about it, Golden State didn't even really need KD. If Harrison Barnes just plays like shyt instead of explosive diarrhea, then they still beat Cleveland, and that's with them being somewhat injured and with LeBron and Kyrie going the fukk off.
The next year, they could've made a slight upgrade over Barnes, upgraded their already ridiculously stout bench, and been set for maybe 3-4 more years. The Cavs wouldn't have been able to do anything free agency wise to combat that, and would've been fukked.
well blame Harrison Barnes for going 5-32 in the last 3 games.
