Also getting 10k steps a day helps
Had to work up to 10K from 5k, but starting my 2nd week of it today. When I hit 28 days, I'll prolly bump it to 11,300 (approx 5 miles) for a month and keep moving up.
It's the best part of my day, and generally I get better sleep.
Might mess around and start jogging when I get to "Light heavyweight".
Actually saw a breh today, 6 something, at least 250 lbs jogging with his doberman. I could feel the earth shake, lol.
Also, cat on a scooter passed me by and say, "Stay Blessed OG"
OG? I been Unc status for a minute, but damn....Might need to shave the beard....
