Wayans are from the hood and are not culture vultures.Plus they no well enough not to do what AK was doing which is why its a horrible comparison,not to mention Wayans are actually known for their spoofs.But yes when you are from the hood it does allow you more leeway to do sattire on what goes on in the hood
