Most people aren't host of a Hip Hop show, so "most" people not knowing them is irrelevant. That's like watching a Sports debate show and someone doesn't know players from the 1990s. Even if they weren't stars, if you are to be taken seriously as an analysis, you have to know your history

But then again, I'm expecting too much. Pardon me for actually having high expectations.
You buggin on this one. Some nikkas just slip through the cracks. I've consumed tons of hip hop from the late 80s on and watched Yo! and Rap City daily and didn't remember Da Youngstas. There's a lot of reasons to shyt on their hip hop knowledge but not knowing Da Youngstas ain't one.

How many cities in this country gayer than Atlanta?

Its well known that ATL is the capital for black fakkits
It's one of those things of it being more acceptable in ATL so you got a lot more outwardly gay folks but a lot of these cities got the down low gay population going on.

This is what I was saying many pages ago both of them don't know a thing! Nadeska is very pretty and has a nice voice but you can tell she just got into hip hop 3 years ago. Also prepare for her to start on the feminist or pro lgbt tip soon Joe is gonna bring it or if her I can see it on her face
All she knows is drake, Kdot, and jcole

Main label mainstream push.

You giving those two wayyyyyyyyy too much credit if you expected them to know that lol. I've already tailored my expectations with this show. This isn't for hiphop heads, this is a urban youth version of the View.

Complex aint scoop them nikkas to have a "real" hip hop show, let's not act like complex genuinely gives a fukk about the culture

they saw two nikkas who know how to stir up some shyt and like Char said they're just using them so they don't have any real competition cuz Joe's show could shyt all over this if they didn't actually have real jobs and could do it multiple times a week

to those getting at ak, imagine if he wasnt there and all the focus was on joe. when it comes to what current and trending today theres alot he doesnt know about or hasnt heard. i cant be the only one who sees this.
A lot of folks who are Ak's age like myself would be like Joe on that show :yeshrug: :heh:. Harder to keep track of this generation imo, especially due to the internet.

XXX, carti, 21 I wasn't familiar with any of these guys music but if I'm on a show centered around the day to day going ons of hip-hop I think I should try to stay current. Like how you still ain't heard big Sean's album, bruh? His whole lashing out toward ak during the blac youngsta segment was to mask his ignorance. He had nothing to contribute.

Nah I do agree with you on some shyt. They honestly have to assign homework for themselves for the betterment of the show. If you wanna do media Joe, be media joe. Not shooting the shyt joe.

It plays to one of the issues of the show. It's a tad underproduced to me tbh.
