@first bold part yeah that why im surprised dude revealed his identity a while back.He been talking reckless for years but i guess he thought since he stopped making those type of videos he was good now but somebody gonna lay hands on dude if he keeps mingling with industry folk.It might happen this sunday at the BET awards


@second bold part Joe was trying to explain this to Ak when he was talking about security and he told him not everybody is gonna express themselves with words like Vic did but it seemed to go in one in and out the other like always when Joey tries to drop knowledge on Ak

Ak is just so damn oblivious and socially unaware its kinda scary

you can tell dude has been sheltered his whole life...even as an adult

Honestly, I don't know how someone can see what Akademiks was doing that got him known (the chicago stuff) and not see it as exploitative. If he had some self awareness, he'd know that it would be a problem for him at least for a good while, but he defends it.

Quite honestly on some level, the issues between Joe and Akademiks that appears on set sometimes is due to lack of respect on both sides.

Finally got a chance to see the whole thing and everyone pretty much covered how I already felt about Vic and Ak but Joe really seemed like he was piling on and trying to take over the show on some Mr. Me Too shyt. Like he just needs the attention and has to be the loudest guy in the room. By no means am I an Ak fan but it was unnecessary and annoying. He brought up some shyt about Jay Z album and then started yelling at Ak saying he was right when Ak said he never even said anything close to what he was suggesting a few weeks ago. Joe just starts yelling and clapping his hands going off for no reason like nikka stop already. It's a way to handle Joe though (Mal always kills him with 2-3 word replies) but Ak is so lame and doesn't know how to counter the bullshyt Joe spews he ends up looking the way he does. This show could be really good but Ak just isn't made for this shyt and is the weak link. He better in a basement.

The sad thing about Joe is that his career had BEEN OVER. He somehow thinks he's the star of the show when he isn't. Joe's fanbase as small as shyt at this point.

Once Ak leaves and that show falls apart, Charlamagne will be waiting to turn AK into a true star. Only Charlamagne can mold Ak into his fullest potential i think. Because Charlamagne was literally in Ak's position like 5 years ago.

I agree with this partially. Like it or not Joe has a following and really doesn't need Complex like that. I said earlier his podcast is top 3 music podcast right now on iTunes and he's stayed in the top 10 well over a year. Yall keep saying his music career is over but his broadcast/personality career is on the rise and people want to talk to him for his opinions. I agree that Ak needs Charlamagne to train/mold him b/c he stammers, talks in circles and doesn't really say anything and in this case committing self-inflicted embarrassment. Char already said on Joe podcast he told Ak he needs to lose weight and dress better if he's gonna be on TV like this and this show is a bad look for him.

My post is more about me pondering how Complex might make this show be canceled or decline in popularity(Ak leaving) due to shyt like this.
