I know folk want Daniel Bryan or Nakamura or Cesaro:mjlol: in the main event of every mania but it aint happening lol, so stop.

The Cream rises to the top and secures their spot.

But To the ones that lust after Sasha Banks i got a question?

If her star takes off like she wants it to and she can treat WWE like small potatoes(as it shoud be)
Yall gonna turn on her and roll your eyes when she show up, fresh off a movie set lol and main events over Teagan Knox or Ember Moon or Garganos wack ass wife?

Being a part timer is the goal it seems to me.
Show them you're a commodity outside of the pro wrestling bubble:blessed:


Edit: I cant wait for Cena to come back 5 or 10 yrs from now and decide he wanna main event over some "full timer" yall love....the whining will be legendary:mjlol:

Yes, because it was THE ROCK and he hadn't wrestled in 7 years and was being built to face WWE'S top guy since he left. But I hope you get some daps.

Pretty sure the last match still gets the biggest payday/bonus. If I recall correctly, that was the reason Punk had an issue with not main eventing.

:mjlol: This is a thread about WWE relying on part timers for WM main events for a decade and the example I'm giving you is they relied on a part timer not even part of the main event to be the main draw for the main event to set up the next year's main event one year. Both guys in the actual main event were feuding with a part timer who wasn't even the special ref for the match and wouldn't wrestle for another 9 months.

The example you're giving doesn't mention that IT WAS THE FUKKING ROCK and he hadn't wrestled in seven years, and doing it that way they were able to sell Cena vs Rock three years in a row. Mania 27 did a million PPV buys despite a weak WM card doing what you're describing.

The bigger point is that Wrestlemania is supposed to be epic and special and these recognizable stars who have been around for a long time, some of them during wrestling's prime, make it epic and special in a way that Alberto Del Rio vs CM Punk wouldn't have back in 2011.

shows how goofy WWE is that they base all of their booking on people who are only watching one or two shows per year. i get it but its a shame and thats why we'll have an 95 year old NWO bodying The Hurt Business at mania or some shyt lol
