I lived with 3 women my senior yr of college in a big ass house. 2 were my age, the other was a mother with 2 kids. They all stayed upstairs & I stayed downstairs. The girl who I paid rent to I had slick been messing with a couple years prior, but when I moved in we had no type of sexual encounters. It was all business.

I didn't really mind the living situation b/c I didn't really interact with my roommates besides a simple "whatup?" & I kept it moving. If you can get a situation where you can keep it like that I say go for it, but if you trying to fukk you damn near playing house

I actually have a personal friend who has two cohabiting girlfriends. I have no idea how he manages that but he's very respectful and polite to his girls. Last time I spoke to him he was in Puerto-Rico. I think his women only tolerate the relationship because he has money. An average income guy wouldn't be able to pull it off.
