I did with my wife when we first started dating. She turned out great for me. My ex tried to pull some bogus shyt( by telling some info) to a chic my wife and my ex knew mutually tried to "expose" me. It actually played in my favor major because it showed my wife I was honest, I won't lie to her, and she didn't have to be blindsided or look stupid. So they thought they were doing damage it actually strengthen our relationship even more lol.
I never lie, but I do omit lol. I don't go out of my way to initiate criticism, but if she asks she'll get the truth, no matter how brutal though. Real women like being with men that let it be known where they stand, even if it offends them at first, in my experiences. Telling the truth has never backfired in the long run for me.
