Before you steam roll over someone else's feelings inadvertently
Long story short. My first cousin passed away on the 15th and when I got back from the funeral, I brought food that my family said to give to my grandmother (Not biological). I got back on Monday afternoon but didn't bring it over (strike 1). Tuesday after I called but didn't get an answer so instead of bringing it over (she lives a 3 min walk from my house) I went to sleep off the depression(strike 2). Wednesday after my sister calls and says that our grand mother is pissed because my sister just offered the food. Now my grandmother is pissed at her (I tried accepting some of the blame but she kinda brushed it off) My sister wasn't conscious of how it looked (food was frozen for travel and refrigerated when we got back but that's beside the point) and now a 91 year old woman feels disrespected and won't forget it
