We should've done something on the defensive side of the ball... I think our offense COULD get better but man that D needs help

We ain’t get Clowney, we ain’t get Ramsey, now we ain’t trade for nobody

Why are we scared to trade picks, everyone we draft is always trash anyway

The swing and miss on clowney was really frustrating. We could have beat that offer Seattle did without really hurting our pockets.

Ramsey was kinda of a crazy price

yeah I know but we need a corner bad

it’s like we won the Super Bowl and then they thought everything will be all good

but the reason we won is because we signed people at positions we needed then traded for Ajayi at the deadline

dumb ass jets played themselves but whats new

looking back at those embarrassing cowboys/vikings losses and im glad they didnt overpay for anybody. slay wouldve been nice but a 1st + more is a joke for him. same with chris harris jr going for a 2nd and wanting to test free agency no matter what. im not a fan of darby/mills but hopefully the bills game was a sign of some level of competent corner play going forward

but damn i wanted robbys speed on this team :francis:

It was Ramsey or bust with me. Maybe Pat Peterson too. Anybody else asking for a first round pick or a second rounder for an expiring contract could kick rocks. I'm only trading that kind of draft capital for a sure thing under contracts for multiple years.

We won it all without a shutdown corner but had a stout run defense with a solid pass rush along with competent linebackers.

I dont see that with this team so far. It could change when cats get healthy and certain people step up with better coaching and scheme adjustment.

But u not winning shyt if u cant beat the c00nboys. Ur objective every year should be a team that would give them fits. To be honest, they have owned us in the regular season for too long.

Winning this division, u gotta beat them in philly week 16.

I never saw the point of a trade bar we suck at drafting. Too many holes in this team that I don't think 1 superstar player will fix. I still do regret missing out on Clowny. A more consistent pass rush might cover up some of our secondary problems.

What do we know about Genard Avery? Is he just a body to sub in or is he good enough to make some impactful plays occasionally in the rotation?

Was productive in a limited role in his rookie year(5 sacks)

Undersized speedy dude, was a OLB in a 3-4 scheme but will be a DE with us

Someone mention him in a hybrid "joker" role where you might line him up at DE/EDGE OLB Spot

He was ranked real bad in coverage. But I expect them to go back with on 3rd down to having BG/Curry come inside and have Sweat and Avery have a rotating role

:ehh:
I can fukk with that.

They can go to the 3DE/1DT with Graham inside more then they have been recently. With him in that set we can have a faux 3-4 kinda.

I'm happy we didn't make any bad trades

Is they could have moved Agholor or Big V for some secondary help I would have been cool with it, but i didnt wanna see any picks moved. I think we'll continue to see a bit of improvement with guys finally getting healthy too.

I know we haven't drafted great but thats what happens when you have so few picks

I'm tired of them only having like 4 or 5 picks in each draft.

Draft capital is hugely important and hopefully they start to value that more going forward
